At Splashes, we want your home to be your sanctuary; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items securely in their original boxes, including all hardware, manuals, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
